Jos Shady Lady
Jos Shady Lady is by Jos Neat and out of Tunders Wolf Whistle. Although ‘Lady’ only competed in local club cutting competition, her beauty, intelligence, kind disposition and athleticism earn her the right to be part of the Lassen Ranch Broodmare band. ‘Lady’ is the daughter of Jos Neat. Jos Neat is a San Jo Lena x Cal Bar bred stallion, who with limited showing earned triple ROM's in Cutting, Reining and Working Cowhorse. Jos Neat was the AQHA Grand Nationals Junior Reining in both 1999 and 2000. He also qualified for the 2001 AQHA World Show in cutting. Jos Neat then went on the qualify for the AQHA Worlds in the Amateur Division in Reining and Working Cowhorse in 2005 and 2006.

Jos Sexey Chexey is by Jos Neat and out of Check My Slide. Jos Sexey Chexey, aka Chexey, was an open finalist in 2006 at the NRCHA Futurity, the 2006 National CowHorse Association Futurity, and the 2006 Idaho Rein Cowhorse Futurity. Chexey has total earnings in Cowhorse events exceeding $16,000. Chexey is a daughter of Jos Neat. LR Miss Blue Tunder (Betty)
LR Miss Blue Tunder (Betty) is by the great stallion Bet Hesa Cat and out of Jos Shady Lady. Betty had been in training with Clayton Edsall for the 2017 NRCHA Futurity when she sustained an injury. Although Betty was sound within months, the decision was made with Clayton Edsall that Betty would be used as a brood mare. Betty will be bred to Stevie Rey Von in 2020 for her first fold in 2021.
LR Miss BlueMetal (Blue)
LR Miss BlueMetal (Blue) is perhaps the most intelligent and kind horse at Lassen Ranch. Blue is athletic with nearly perfect confirmation. Betty was trained for over a year with Clayton Edall. Blue became sore during this training consistent was her try and desire to please. Blue is in foal for spring 2020 to Hashtag and will be bred to Bet Hesa Cat for a 2021-fold.
